Skipper is the Day Skipper theory and VHF radio course.
Progress
Your place in the course is stored on this phone. There is no account to sign in to, and a reinstall starts the passage again.
The exam
Skipper is independent prep. It does not book the exam and it does not issue the certificate. A training centre does that.
